The finished measurements of this bag are approximately 6″(15㎝) W × 11½″(29㎝) H | 3″(7.5㎝) D .

Seam allowances are 3/8″ unless otherwise specified.
Let's get started!!
To make this you will need:
Outer layer ( quilting cotton )
1 6¾″ × 26¾″(17㎝ × 67.5㎝)
1 12¾″ × 2¼″(32㎝ × 5.5㎝)
1 Strip of 3/4″ (2㎝) wide Webbing Strap 18″(45㎝)
Fold the fabric in half so that the right side is facing.
Fold the bottom as shown in the picture. And sew both sides with an allowance of about 3/8″.
Turn right side out. Place the handles on both ends and sew.
Fold the lining patch fabric in half and sew.
Open the seam.
Put the main panel into the lining patch. Place the right sides together of the main panel and lining patch and sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.
Fold the end of the lining patch 3/8″ and iron it.
Fold the lining patch into the main panel and topstitch.
