Crossbody Cell Phone Bag

This cute and small cell phone bag is very handy. It has a long strap so you can easily wear it from one shoulder to your opposite hip. It definitely makes for a handy accessory.
The front zipper pocket is great for your wallet, your credit card, or some cash.
I’d suggest you make one for yourself.

The pattern for making this can be drawn by yourself by watching my YouTube video.

Cut the interfacing into the shape of the pattern.
And fuse the fusible fleece, centered, to the wrong side.

With assembled outer layer right side up, center zipper right side facing down along top edge.
Pin in place.
Using your zipper foot, sew along top edge using a 3/8″ seam allowance.

Connect the zipper panel and the gusset.

Mark the quater of your front panel and the gusset.

Pin the Gusset to the Front Panel and sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.

Match the shape of the front pocket and the top panel and sew.

Mark the quater of your front panel of the bag and the main gusset.

Pin the Gusset to the Front Panel and sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.

Sew the back panel of the bag in the same way.

On the lining of the zipper panel, fold it by 3/8″(1cm) so that the zipper is visible and sew it.

The linings of the front pocket and the main pocket are ready.

Turn inside out so that the inside of the front pocket is visible, align the lining with the zipper and pin it.
And blind stitch the lining.

Attach the lining of the main pocket in the same way.

How to attach an adjustable strap is shown in detail in my Youtube video.

YOU ARE FINISHED!
