Let's get started!!

To make this you will need:

◎ Main Panel
① 8¾″ × 9½″ (22㎝ × 24㎝) Outer layer
① 8¾″ × 4¼″ (22㎝ × 10.5㎝) Lining
① 8¾″ × 6¼″ (22㎝ × 15.5㎝) Lining
① 8¾″ × 9½″ (22㎝ × 24㎝) Fusible fleece
◎ Side Panel
① 15″ × 2⅜″ (38㎝ × 6㎝) Outer layer
① 15″ × 2⅜″ (38㎝ × 6㎝) Lining
① 15″ × 2⅜″ (38㎝ × 6㎝) Fusible fleece
◎ Inside Pocket
② 8¾″ × 1⅝″ (22㎝ × 4㎝) Lining
① 8¾″ × 1¼″ (22㎝ × 3㎝) Mesh Fabric
① 8¾″ × 2⅝″ (22㎝ × 6.5㎝) Mesh Fabric
◎ Handle
① 5⅝″ × 3¼″ (14㎝ × 8㎝) Outer layer
◎ Others
① 8″ (20㎝) Zipper
① 13¾″ (35㎝) Zipper
① 1⅝″(4㎝) wide bias tape 39½″(100㎝)

After folding both ends of the handle fabric inward, fold the handle pieces in half, wrong sides together to make a crease. Then fold each edge in toward the middle and press. Stitch along both long edges of the strip, 1/8” from the edge.

Place the handle on the center of the Main panel and sew both sides of the handle.

Place the lining under the mesh fabric. Sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.

Fold the lining twice and sew.

Place the zipper 3/8″ wide between the mesh fabrics. Sew the mesh fabric and zipper together.

Place the top of the lining under the mesh fabric. Place the bottom of the lining on top and sew together.

Place the wrong sides together of the outer and lining and sew all the edges.

Place bias tape along the edges of the right side of the main panel. sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.

With assembled lining right side up, center zipper right side facing up along top edge. Place the outer layer, right side down on top. Pin in place. Using your zipper foot, sew along top edge using a 3/8″ seam allowance.

Open out, press pieces away from the zipper.

Place the both sides the side panels to the middle of the main panel. Sew only 2″, excluding 3/8″ at each end of the side panel.

Do this by marking the center of the side panel and the center of the main panel (these are attached to each other at this point but just fold the piece in half to find the center).
Now, using the center marks, start pining the bottom of your side panel around the perimeter of the bottom.
Sew all the edges with an allowance of about 3/8″.

Fold the bias twice, cover the seam allowance, and sew.

YOU ARE FINISHED!

Happy sewing!
