DIY Easy Cord Keepers

Isn’t it difficult to organize your cords or earphones? Here are some simple and easy items to keep them organized. All you need is a small piece of fabric and a snap button. They’ll be a perfect gift for anyone and any occasion.

To make this you will need:

▶3″(7.5㎝) W × 3″(7.5㎝) H

Quilting cotton
2   3½″ × 3½″(9㎝ × 9㎝)
Mid-weight woven fusible interfacing (It is similar to Pellon SF-101 Shape Flex’ or ‘Vilene G700’)
1   3″ × 3″(7.5㎝ × 7.5㎝)
Plastic snap buttons

 

▶4″(10㎝) W × 4″(10㎝) H

Quilting cotton
2   4½″ × 4½″(11.5㎝ × 11.5㎝)
Mid-weight woven fusible interfacing (It is similar to Pellon SF-101 Shape Flex’ or ‘Vilene G700’)
1   4″ × 4″(10㎝ × 10㎝)
Plastic snap buttons

 

▶2″(5㎝) W × 4″(10㎝) H

Quilting cotton
2   2½″ × 4½″(6.5㎝ × 11.5㎝)
Mid-weight woven fusible interfacing (It is similar to Pellon SF-101 Shape Flex’ or ‘Vilene G700’)
1   2″ × 4″(5㎝ × 10㎝)
Plastic snap buttons

There are 3 types of finished size and fabric size.

Download the pattern and choose the type you want to make.

Cut the interfacing into the shape of the pattern.
And fuse the interfacing, centered, to the wrong side.

Place the right sides together of the outer and lining and sew according to the shape of the pattern, leaving a opening.

Cut by adding 1/4” from the edge of the interfacing.

Turn right side out through the opening, shape and iron it. Topstitch all the way around, including the window openings.

Apply snap buttons on both sides.
