To make this you will need:
◆ Main Panel
① 29¾″ × 8¾″ (75㎝ × 22㎝) Outer layer
Fold the long side of the fabric inward twice and sew.
Gather the center of the fabric.
Match the lengths of both sides of the fabric and tie a knot.
Fold the fabric right sides together in half, and sew both sides.
Turn it wrong side out. Fold the side seam sewn in front so that it is in the center and sew the bottom.
Turn it right side out and sew the bottom again.
