The finished measurements of this bag are approximately 15″(38㎝) W × 15″(38㎝) H × 8″(20㎝) D.

Seam allowances are 3/8″ unless otherwise specified.
Let's get started!!
To make this you will need:
Outer layer ( Polyester or Nylon fabric )
2 16¼″ × 19⅝″ ( 41㎝ × 49.5㎝ )
2 16¼″ × 4″ ( 41㎝ × 10㎝ )
Place the handle fabric face down. Sew with a seam allowance of 3/4 inch except for the center 5⅛″.
Open the seam. Fold the fabric below twice in 3/8 inch and sew.
Place the wrong sides together of the two fabrics and sew with an allowance of about 3/16″.
Turn it wrong side out. And sew only bottom seam with an allowance of about 3/8″.
Fold the bottom 11cm including seam allowance. Sew both sides with a seam allowance of 3/8″.
Fold the handle part twice to 1inch and sew.
It is convenient to carry by folding it and putting it on the handle.
