This is a great pouch for small cosmetics.
The ruffles on the front of the pouch make this feminine and lovely.
There are pockets on the back and inside of the pouch, so it will be more convenient to store it.

The pattern for making this can be drawn by yourself by watching my YouTube video.

Fold the ruffle strip in half with wrong sides together and press.
Then run basting stitches across the top of the ruffle.
Pull the threads to gather the fabric.

Pin the ruffle to the top of the fabric and distribute the ruffles evenly.
Baste in place.

Make two pockets, place them one by one on the outer and lining, and sew.

Place side panels on the outer and lining, and sew them.

Place the zipper centred right sides together (zipper pull down) on top of the outer layer.
Place the lining on top of the zipper.
Sew a 3/8” from the raw edge down the zipper starting on the zipper tab and finishing on the other zipper tab.
Repeat for the second side.
Open out, press pieces away from and top stitch on both 1/8” away from the zipper.

Place the right sides together of the outer of body and zipper panel.
Place the lining on the zipper panel.
Sew both sides with an allowance of about 3/8″.

Then turn it right side out.

Do this by marking the center of body and the center of your zipper panel.
Place and pin the body over the zipper panel with the right sides together.
Sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.
Then Pin and sew the raw edge of the bias tape to the raw edge of the pouch.

Turn out this ruffle pouch.

YOU ARE FINISHED!
