To make this you will need:
◆ Main Panel
② 9⅛″ × 6¾″ (23㎝ × 17㎝) Outer layer

② 8″ × 6″ (20㎝ × 15㎝) Fusible fleece
◆ Bottom panel
① 20½″ × 2¾″ (52㎝ × 7㎝) Outer layer
① 20½″ × 2¾″ (52㎝ × 7㎝) Lining
① 19¾″ × 2″ (50㎝ × 5㎝) Fusible fleece
◆ Pocket panel
② 10¼″ × 6½″ (26㎝ × 16.5㎝) Outer layer

Cut the interfacing and fabrics into the shape of the pattern.
Fuse the fusible fleece, centered, to the wrong side.

Place the right sides together of the outer and lining of the flap and sew with an allowance of about 3/8″, leaving top edge. Turn right side out. Place the flap on the right side of the pocket fabric and sew the top.

Place the right sides together of the outer and lining of the pocket panel and sew the top with an allowance of about 3/8″. Flip over and Stitch along the top of the pocket, 1/8” from the edge. Place the pocket on the right side of the main panel and sew.

Sew the center of the bottom panle under the main panel. Sew the sides of the bottom panel to the sides of the main panel. Place and pin the outer layer of the main panel over the top of the lining with the right sides together. Sew with an allowance of about 3/8″, leaving an opening.

Turn it right side out by pulling the fabric through the opening. Topstitch all the way around of the top of the bag entrance.

Attach the purse strap.
