I made a triangular-shaped Backrest Pillow with neck roll pillow. This provides back & neck support and gives comfortably while reading and watching TV. And side pocket is convenient and practical, can be placed mobile phones, remote control, Etc. The neck pillow can be used in various ways by adjusting the height of 3 steps.

The finished measurements of this pillow are approximately 17⅞″(45㎝) W × 16⅝″(42㎝) H × 8¾″(22㎝) D .

Outer layer ( 1.5 yard quilting cotton )
1 18⅝″ × 19⅝″(47㎝ × 49.5㎝)
2 9½″ × 17⅜″(24㎝ × 44㎝)
1 18⅝″ × 14⅝″(47㎝ × 37㎝)
1 18⅝″ × 7″(47㎝ × 17.5㎝)
1 18⅝″ × 9½″(47㎝ × 24㎝)
2 8¾″ × 6″(22㎝ × 15㎝)

The pattern for making this can be drawn by yourself by watching my YouTube video.
Cut symmetrically the two sides.
Attach pockets to the side panel.
Fold the ends of the two back panels twice and sew.
Overlap the two back panels. Make it 17⅜″ high.
Place the right sides together of the front panel and bottom panel, and sew except for 3/8″at both ends.
Sew the back panel on it.
Sew the side panels to the main panel.
All seams are finished by zigzag stitching or overlock stitching.
Turn it over and attach buttons to the side panel.
Make the inside of the pillow with the lining and put cotton in it.
Put the pillow through the hole of the back of the cover.
Fold the ends of the two back panels twice and sew. Overlap the two back panels. Make it 18⅝″ high.
Place the right sides together of the top panel and bottom panel, and sew except for 3/8″at both ends. Place elastic string on the side panel and sew.
Sew the side panels to the main panel.
All seams are finished by zigzag stitching or overlock stitching.
Turn out the neck pillow cover.
Make the inside of the pillow with the lining and put cotton in it.
Put the pillow through the hole of the back of the cover.
