To make this you will need:
Outer layer ( quilting cotton )
1 10¾″ × 10¾″ (27㎝ × 27㎝)
1 10¾″ × 5½″ (27㎝ × 14㎝)
1 10¾″ × 6¾″ (27㎝ × 17㎝)
1 3¼″ × 15¾″ (8㎝ × 40㎝)
Lining ( quilting cotton )
2 10¾″ × 5¾″ (27㎝ × 14.5㎝)
2 10¾″ × 5½″ (27㎝ × 14㎝)
Zipper
1 10″(25㎝)
Interfacing (Fusible Fleece – 987F Fusible Fleece or Vilene H630)
1 10¾″ × 10¾″ (27㎝ × 27㎝)
2 10¾″ × 5½″ (27㎝ × 14㎝)
The pattern for making this can be drawn by yourself by watching my YouTube video.
Place the right sides together of the lining and sew with an allowance of about 3/8″, leaving a 3-inch opening.
Fuse the fusible fleece, centered, to the wrong side of the outer.
Draw the pattern.
And cut the outer and lining into the shape of the pattern.
Place the lining on top of the zip.
Use pins while sewing a 3/8” from the raw edge down the zipper starting on the zipper tab and finishing on the other zipper tab.
Repeat for the second side.
Fold one side of the outer fabric and cover it so that the zipper is not visible.
Fold the handle piece in half, wrong sides together to make a crease.
Then fold each edge in toward the middle and press.
Stitch along both long edges of the strip, 1/8” from the edge.
Attach your handle to the right side of the outer.
Sew the zipper panel and bottom panel together.
And cut the bag into the shape of the pattern.
Turn out the bag through the hole that we left not stitched.
After this, sew up this hole, and the one handle bag is ready!
