① Plastic Snap Buttons
Place and sew the string on the outer layer.
Place the right sides together of the outer and lining and sew with an allowance of about 3/8″, leaving an opening.
Turn it right side out.

Turn them right side out.
Place the small rectangle 1¼″ in from top edge of the outside of the medium rectangle. Sew the card pocket.
Place the opposite side of the card pocket of the medium rectangle 1¼″ below the longest square piece. Sew the card pocket.
Fold each rectangle piece and sew the sides.
Attach the snap buttons.
