To make this you will need:

◆ Main Panel
① 16⅝″ × 35⅜″ (42㎝ × 90㎝) Outer layer
① 16⅝″ × 35⅜″ (42㎝ × 90㎝) Lining

Place the right sides together of the outer and lining and sew a rectangle.

Cut out the fabric, leaving a 3/8″ seam allowance from the sewing line. And turn them right side out.

Roll up one side of the fabric. Place the right sides together of the outer and lining and sew with an allowance of about 3/8″. Turn right side out. Use the same process to sew the other side.

Fold the handle in half and sew the middle line.

Place the right sides together and sew the edge of the sides.

Turn right side out and sew the bottoms.

Turn it inside out and sew the bottom once more.
