To make this you will need:

Main Fabric
② 9¾″ × 11¾″ (24.5㎝ × 29.5㎝) Outer layer
② 9¾″ × 11¾″ (24.5㎝ × 29.5㎝) Lining
② 9″ × 10⅞″ (22.5㎝ × 27.5㎝) Fusible fleece
Outside Pocket
① 9¾″ × 4½″ (24.5㎝ × 11.5㎝) Outer layer
① 9¾″ × 4½″ (24.5㎝ × 11.5㎝) Lining
① 9″ × 3¾″ (22.5㎝ × 9.5㎝) Mid-weight woven fusible interfacing
Flap
① 8½″ × 3¾″ (21.5㎝ × 9.5㎝) Outer layer
① 8½″ × 3¾″ (21.5㎝ × 9.5㎝) Lining
② 7¾″ × 3″ (19.5㎝ × 7.5㎝) Mid-weight woven fusible interfacing
Inside Pocket
① 6¼″ × 6¾″ (15.5㎝ × 17㎝) Lining
Zipper

Zipper end fabric

Cut round the lower part of both sides of the flap fabric and lining.

Place the right sides together of the outer and lining of the flap and sew with an allowance of about 3/8″ , leaving top seam.
Place the right sides together of the outer and lining of the outer pocket and sew the top with an allowance of about 3/8″.

The small snips will help the curved edge of the flap. Turn right side out.

Place the flap and outer pocket on the right side of the main fabric and sew.

Place the inner pocket on the right side of the lining and sew.

Place the zipper right sides together on top of the outer layer. Sew with an allowance of about 3/8″, leaving 5/8″ on the both ends.

Place the lining on top of the zip. Sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.

Sew the bottom with an allowance of about 3/8″, leaving a 2-inch opening.

Turn right side out. Stitch the bottom.

Attach the outer and lining to the other side of the zip the same way.

Place the unzippered outer layers right side together. Sew 3 sides as shown in the picture.

Fold the fabric to the inside of the three stitched sides and pin it.

Open the zippered side and turn wrong side out.

Flip the layers so the outer bag pieces are right sides together, and the lining pieces are right sides together. You can see more details by referring to the video.

Sew both sides. And turn right side out.

Now one side of the bag is ready. Make the other side in the same way.

Topstitch all the way around of the top of the bag entrance.

Attach the strap.
