DIY Square Zipper Pouch

It is a square-shaped zipper pouch with the fabric next to the zipper matching the same color as the zipper.
This pouch is great for storing cosmetics, sanitary napkins, electrical appliances, masks, and more.
Small inside pockets keep things separate.
Making this will be a fun time.

Fold the pocket fabric in half so that the inside faces. Sew with an allowance of about 3/8″, leaving a 2-inch opening. Turn right side out, topstitch on the top.

Place the pocket on the right side of the lining, sew 3 sides except for the pocket opening.

Fold your tab fabric piece in half with the 2” sides together and press. Fold in half to make your tabs. Place the tap on both sides of the outer layer and sew.

Layer an outer layer face up, then the zipper face down along one edge, and then the lining face down. Sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.

Open out, press pieces away from and top stitch on both 1/8” away from the zipper.

Use the same process to sew the zipper to the other side of the bag pieces.

Layer an outer layer face up, then the zipper panel face down along one edge, and then the lining face down. Sew with an allowance of about 3/8″, leaving 3/8″ on both sides.

Sew the other side of the outer layer and zipper panel.

Sew the other side of the lining and zipper panel, leaving a 3-inch opening.

Match the shape to both ends of the zipper panel, sew both ends with a seam allowance of 3/8″.

Match the side seams together with the outer and lining. Sew with a seam allowance of 3/8″.

Turn out our cosmetic bag through the hole that we left not stitched. After this, sew up this hole by manually.
