Let's get started!!
To make this you will need:
◆ Main Panel
② 8″ × 8⅛″ (20㎝ × 20.5㎝) Outer layer
① 8″ × 17¾″ (20㎝ × 45㎝) Lining
◆ Bottom panel
① 8″ × 3¼″ (20㎝ × 8㎝) Outer layer
◆ Front pocket
① 4¾″ × 8⅛″ (12㎝ × 20.5㎝) Outer layer
◆ String sleeve
② 7⅛″ × 2¾″ (18㎝ × 7㎝) Outer layer
◆ Handle
② 24½″ × 2″ (62㎝ × 5㎝) Outer layer
◆ Strap
① 47½″ × 2″ (120㎝ × 5㎝) Outer layer
◆ Strap holder
② 2″ × 1⅝″ (5㎝ × 4㎝) Outer layer
◆ Others
① Drawstring Cord 45½″ (115cm)
Cut the Bottom panel and Main panel lining into the shape of the pattern.
Fold the pocket panel twice with the right side facing out and sew the top.
Place the pocket on the right side of the outer layer and sew.
Place the handles 4⅜″ apart on the main panel. Sew only up to 7⅛″ from the bottom. Then connect the main panel and the bottom panel.
Fold both sides of the string sleeve fabric inward, then fold it in half lengthwise. Place the string sleeve on the right side of the lining and sew.
Place the right sides together of the outer and lining and sew the top and bottom. Flip the layers so the outer bag pieces are right sides together, and the lining pieces are right sides together. Sew with an allowance of about 3/8″, leaving an opening.
Turn it right side out by pulling the fabric through the opening. And sew up this opening.
Arrange the lining inside and stitch the middle of the string sleeve.
Start inserting the string through one end of the casing, using a safety pin. Continue inserting the string into the casing on the other side. Next, take the other string and start inserting it through the casing from the opposite side. Continue as before. Tie the ends of the string in a knot.
Thread the shoulder strap through the loop and tie a knot.
YOU ARE FINISHED!
Happy sewing!
