To make this you will need:
The Upper
2 5⅛″ × 4½″ (12.8㎝ × 11.5㎝) Outer layer
2 5⅛″ × 4½″ (12.8㎝ × 11.5㎝) Lining
2 4⅜″ × 3¾″ (10.8㎝ × 9.5㎝) Fusible fleece
The Lower
2 6¾″ × 5½″ (17㎝ × 13㎝) Outer layer
2 6¾″ × 5½″ (17㎝ × 13㎝) Lining
2 6″ × 4¾″ (15㎝ × 12㎝) Fusible fleece
Bottom
1 5″ × 3″ (12.5㎝ × 7.5㎝) Outer layer
1 5″ × 3″ (12.5㎝ × 7.5㎝) Lining
1 4¼″ × 2¼″ (10.5㎝ × 5.5㎝) Fusible fleece
Inside Pocket
1 3⅜″ × 5⅛″ (8.5㎝ × 13㎝) Lining
1 10″ (25㎝) Zipper
2 1⅛″ × 2″ (3㎝ × 5㎝) Zipper Stop Fabric
2 4㎝ wide Webbing Strap 50㎝(20″)
Place the wrong sides together of the bottom fabrics and sew with an allowance of about 1/4″.
With assembled outer layer right side up, center zipper right side facing down along edge. Using your zipper foot, sew along top edge using a 1/4″ seam allowance.
Place the lining, right side down on top. Pin in place. Using your zipper foot, sew along top edge using a 3/8″ seam allowance.
Use the same process to sew the zipper to the other side of the upper fabric.
Place the right sides together of the outer and lining and sew both sides with an allowance of about 3/8″.
Place the lining inside the outer fabric and sew the top and bottom.
Pin the bottom to the lower Panel, pinning first at the center. Then pin the ends in place.With sharp scissors make small snips on the lower panel at the round shape of the bottom. The small snips will help the curved edge of the pouch. Sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.
The bias tape is placed and pinned as pictured, stitch up to the end. Stitch from the right side seam into seam, or sew manually from the backside.
Place the right sides together of the upper panel and lower panel and sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.
