Share this video with a lot of people who need it.

Seam allowances are 3/8″ unless otherwise specified.

Let's get started!!

To make this you will need:

Outer layer ( quilting cotton ) – 1yard
2   19⅜″ × 14¼″ (49㎝ × 36㎝)
2   15½″ × 20¾″ (39㎝ × 52㎝)
2   4¾″ × 23″ (12㎝ × 58㎝)

Lining ( quilting cotton ) – 1yard
2   19⅜″ × 14¼″ (44㎝ × 36㎝)
4   1¾″ × 12¼″ (4.5㎝ × 31㎝)
2   15½″ × 20¾″ (39㎝ × 52㎝)

Interfacing (Mid-weight woven – Pellon SF-101 Shape Flex’ or ‘Vilene G700’)
2   19⅜″ × 14¼″ (49㎝ × 36㎝)
2   15½″ × 20¾″ (39㎝ × 52㎝)

Zipper
2   14″(35㎝)

The pattern for making this can be drawn by yourself by watching my YouTube video.

Fuse the interfacing, centered, to the wrong side of the outer layer.
And Cut the fabric into the shape of the pattern.

Fold the strap pieces in half, wrong sides together to make a crease.
Then fold each edge in toward the middle and press.
Stitch along both long edges of the strip, 1/8” from the edge.
Position the strap 5″ interval of the outer layer, then sew with 1/4″ seam allowance.

Place the right sides together of the outer layer and sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.

Combine the seams so that a flat base is formed.
Sew with an allowance of about 3/8″.

Turn right side out.

With assembled lining right side up, center zipper right side facing down (zipper pull at left) along top edge.
Pin in place.
Place the outer layer, right side down on top. Pin in place.
Using your zipper foot, sew along top edge using a 3/8″ seam allowance.
Open out, press pieces away from the zipper.

Attach the outer and lining to the other side of the zip the same way.
Open out, press pieces away from and top stitch on both 1/8” away from the zipper.

The two zip pocket dividers are complete.

Place a zip pocket on the lining and sew.

Prepare the lining in the same way as the outer.

Put the outer fabric inside the lining to match the top.
Place the right sides together and sew with an allowance of about 3/8″, leaving 4″(10㎝) hole.

Turn out our bag through the hole that we left not stitched.
Then top stitch on 1/8” away from the top.

YOU ARE FINISHED!

Happy sewing!
